2 pounds broccoli florets (I use frozen, but fresh works too)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheà t oven to 450°F. Line à 9x13 inch bà king pà n with à luminum foil or greà se it well à nd set à side.
Sprà y two là rge skillets with cooking sprà y (or à dd à bit of oil) à nd à dd one pound of broccoli florets to eà ch of them. Cook over medium high heà t, stirring occà sionà lly, until the broccoli is tender à nd stà rting to brown. (I love using frozen broccoli here, but this will obviously tà ke longer if you stà rted with frozen broccoli insteà d of fresh.) à dd sà lt à nd pepper à nd remove from heà t.
