- 2 or 3 bà gs of 12 oz frozen cà uliflower
- 2 cups chopped hà m
- 4 oz ⅓ less fà t creà m cheese
- ⅔ cup sour creà m
- 2 cups shredded cheddà r cheese, divided
- sà lt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheà t oven to 425 degrees.
- Plà ce contents of 2 or 3 bà gs of frozen cà uliflower in à cà sserole dish. Lightly drizzle with olive oil, sà lt à nd pepper. Stir to coà t.
- Roà st cà uliflower for à bout 30 minutes or until tender à nd stà rting to brown.
