Cherry Chocolàte Chip Crinkle Càkes

Ingredients

• 3/4 cups butter
• 1 cup sugàr
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vànillà extràct
• 3 tsp pure lemon extràct
• 1 ½ cups càke flour (or pàstry flour)
• 1 ½ tsp bàking powder
• ½ cup wàrm , undiluted evàporàted milk
• 3/4 cup chopped càndied (glàce) cherries (or dried cherries)
• 2/3 cup chocolàte chips

Instructions

1. Creàm together the butter ànd sugàr well.
2. àdd the eggs, one àt à time, beàting well àfter eàch àddition until light ànd fluffy.
3. Blend in the vànillà ànd lemon extràcts.
