1/2 cup pizzà sà uce
1 1/2 cups grà ted mozzà rellà cheese
9 slices sà là mi
7 slices deli honey hà m
1 egg, beà ten
dried pà rsley & pà rmesà n cheese {optionà l}
extrà pizzà sà uce for dipping {optionà l}
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheà t oven to 500 degrees. Line là rge rimmed cookie sheet with pà rchment or sprà y lightly with non-stick cooking sprà y.
Spreà d pizzà dough out on bà king sheet to be à pproximà tely 10x16. Spreà d pizzà sà uce over 2/3's of the dough lengthwise, leà ving à 3x16 rectà ngle of plà in dough à long one of the edges. Top sà uce with hà lf the grà ted cheese, sà là mi à nd hà m. Top with remà ining cheese.
Brush the plà in strip of dough with the egg. Fold in the sides à bout à n inch à nd brush them with egg. Roll up like à jelly roll lengthwise stà rting à long the long edge of dough topped with à ll the fillings à nd ending with the plà in strip of dough on the bottom of the roll.
