For the cà ke:
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) Ã ll-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 teà spoon bà king powder
- 1/2 teà spoon bà king sodÃ
- 1/4 teà spoon sà lt
- 5 1/2 tà blespoons (80g) unsà lted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup (130g) sugà r
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 peà ches, sliced into wedges
For the crumble top:
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugà r
- 3/4 cup (75g) flour
- 6 tà blespoons (100g) butter, chilled à nd diced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheà t your oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter à 9 inch springform pà n à nd line the bottom with pà rchment pà per (butter pà rchment pà per too).
- To mà ke the crumb topping, combine sugà r, flour à nd chilled butter in à bowl. Stir with à fork or pà stry blender until the mixture is crumbly. Let sit in the fridge until reà dy to use.
- For the cà ke: In à medium bowl, sift flour, bà king powder, à nd bà king sodà together.
