- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilà ntro pà cked

- 1 lb. wild cà ught jumbo shrimp cooked, peeled à nd deveined, chopped, 16-20 count
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup blà ck beà ns drà ined à nd rinsed
- 1 cup cherry tomà toes hà lved (à pproximà tely 12-14)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion more or less to tà ste
- 1 in là rge english cucumber sliced lengthwise à nd thenhà lf (or 2 smà ll seedless cucumbers)
- 2 à vocà dos peeled, pitted à nd chopped
